【国際教育】第32回となるオーストラリアの姉妹校へ短期交換留学��

オーストラリア、ブリスベン国際空港到着 真冬で寒いです
7月27日（土）、本校の生徒30名と引率教員3名が、第32回目となる「オーストラリア姉妹校」への短期交換留学に出発しました。
一行は松阪駅を出発し、関西国際空港からオーストラリア・クイーンズランド州のブリスベン市へと向かいました。
訪問先は、本校の姉妹校であり、オーストラリアでも名門校として知られる男子校と女子校の2校です。生徒たちは現地の家庭でホームステイをしながら、学校での歓迎行事に参加し、現地の生徒とともに授業を受けます。さらに、オーストラリアの自然や文化を体験できる遠足にも参加する予定です。
短い期間ではありますが、生徒たちが異文化に触れ、国際的な視野を広げる貴重な機会となることを願っています。
この経験が、それぞれの将来に大きな一歩となることを期待しています。

Departure for Australia: 32nd Short-Term Exchange Program Begins
On Saturday, 27 July, a group of 30 students and 3 accompanying teachers from Mie High School departed for Australia to take part in our 32nd short-term exchange program with our sister schools.
The group left from Matsusaka Station and flew out of Kansai International Airport, heading to Brisbane, Queensland.
During their stay, students will be welcomed by local host families and attend two well-regarded single-gender schools—our long-time sister schools in Australia. They will join school events, participate in classes with local students, and enjoy excursions that offer a taste of Australia’s unique culture and natural beauty.
Though brief, this program provides a valuable opportunity for our students to experience life in another country and broaden their international outlook.
We hope this experience will become a meaningful step in each student’s personal and global journey.
