ブリスベン川クルーズとコアラパーク遠足

8月1日（金）、本校の生徒たちは、姉妹校の先生方とともにブリスベン川のクルーズと、**Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary（ロンパイン・コアラパーク）**への遠足に出かけました。

船の上からはブリスベン市内の美しい景色を楽しみ、到着後は姉妹校の先生方に園内を英語で案内していただくという、特別な体験もありました。生徒たちは、英語の説明を聞きながら、コアラやカンガルー、ウォンバットなどのオーストラリア特有の動物たちとふれあい、大自然の中で貴重な時間を過ごしました。

この日は、観光だけでなく、生きた英語と文化に触れる学びの場となり、短期交換留学ならではの充実した1日となりました。

Australia Exchange Program – Part 3 Report

Brisbane River Cruise and Excursion to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary

On Friday, August 1, our students went on a special day trip with teachers from our sister schools. They enjoyed a scenic cruise along the Brisbane River, taking in views of the city from the water.

After arriving at Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, students were given a guided tour in English by teachers from ACGS and BGGS—a unique and memorable experience. They had the chance to see and interact with Australian animals such as koalas, kangaroos, and wombats, and enjoyed learning about them in a natural setting.

This day was more than just sightseeing—it was a wonderful opportunity to use English in a real-world setting and experience Australian culture firsthand. It was truly one of the highlights of the short-term exchange program.
