【国際教育】第3回韓国英語研修報告

　一昨年度より始まった韓国英語研修が、今年度で第3回を迎えました。今年度の研修は、7月20日（月）から生徒26名と引率教員3名が参加しました。はじめの5日間は韓国・京畿道（キョンギド）にあるパジュ英語村で研修を行い、後半にはソウル市内にある誠庵（ソンアム）国際貿易高等学校（以下、ソンアム）との交流や市内観光を行いました。
　今年度はソンアムの生徒21名がパジュ英語村での授業に参加し、本校と同じプログラムで授業を受け、共に「オールイングリッシュ」の環境で交流を楽しみながら英語力を高めることができました。
　生徒たちは、日常英会話・調理実習・環境問題など様々な種類の授業に参加しました。簡単なクイズ形式の質問やグループワークを通して生徒たちは徐々に発言をするようになり、また英語村の先生の様々なアプローチもあり、質問の難易度が上がった後も、うまく表現ができなくても何とか伝えようとする積極的な様子が見られるようになりました。
　一日の授業が終わり夕食を済ませた後「Evening Activity」という活動で、クイズやゲームを通して、両校の交流をさらに深めることができました。

　英語村での研修を終えた後は、様々な観光地を訪れ、それぞれ多くの学びが得られました。烏頭山（オドゥサン）統一展望台、臨津閣（イムジンガク）では平和学習をし、景福宮（キョンボックン）や益善洞（イクソンドン）韓屋村、仁寺洞（インサドン）などでは韓国の宮廷や家屋を訪れ韓国の歴史や伝統に触れました。
　7月25日にはソンアムを訪問し、パジュ英語村プログラムに参加した生徒とは別の生徒と出会い、新たな交流をすることができました。双方の学校紹介を終えた後、グループに分かれて明洞（ミョンドン）フィールドワークの行動計画を作成し、その後ソンアムの最寄り駅から地下鉄に乗って明洞まで行き、現地でフィールドワークを行いました。本校生徒は乗車券の購入の仕方から教わり、明洞の街並みを案内してもらいながら食事や買い物も楽しむことができました。

　そして最終日27日の早朝にソウルを出発し、無事に帰国しました。この研修では、英語村で英語力や積極性を向上させただけでなく、国際交流を通して異文化理解ができ、観光を通して韓国の歴史や伝統、現代技術や情勢を知ることができ、学びの多い充実した研修となりました。
　この研修をきっかけに今後の学校生活や進路がより充実したものとなり、また将来的に国際的な社会で活躍できることを大いに期待しております。



2026 South Korea English Training Program Report
The South Korea English Training Program reached its third year in 2026. From July 20 to 27, 26 students and three faculty members participated in an eight-day program focused on language immersion and cultural exchange.

Immersion at Paju English Village
The first five days were spent at Paju English Village in Gyeonggi-do. This year, 21 students from Seongam International Trade High School joined our program, allowing students from both schools to learn together in an "all-English" environment. The curriculum covered diverse topics such as daily conversation, cooking, and environmental issues. Through interactive group work and evening activities like quizzes and games, our students became increasingly proactive, gaining the confidence to communicate in English even when faced with challenging topics.

Peace Studies and Cultural Heritage
Following the English Village residency, the group visited several landmark sites to deepen their understanding of Korea. They engaged in peace studies at the Odusan Unification Observatory and Imjingak. To experience Korean history and tradition firsthand, they also toured Gyeongbokgung Palace, Ikseon-dong Hanok Village, and Insadong.

Exchange with Seongam International Trade High School
On July 25, the group visited Seongam International Trade High School for further exchange. After school introductions, students worked in mixed groups to plan and execute fieldwork in Myeong-dong. They traveled by subway to Myeong-dong, where they conducted on-site research and strengthened their international friendships.

The group returned safely on July 27. This program was a highly rewarding experience that allowed students to improve their English proficiency, develop cross-cultural understanding, and learn about Korea's rich history and modern society.

We hope this experience serves as a catalyst for their future academic success and inspires them to become active members of the global community.
