【国際教育部】校内英語セミナーの報告
12月7日（土）、本校体育館で、国際教育部が中心となり、使用言語を英語のみに限った「Christmas English Seminar」を開催しました。本校では、この英語セミナーに、県内各地で活躍するALT（Assistant Language Teacher）のご協力を頂き、英語研修と国際交流を体験する場として定期的に開催しております。
本日の参加者は、中学生一年生から高校一年生まで述べ170名。会場にはChristmas Treeの飾りつけや、Frank SinatraさんのChristmas song「White Christmas」が流れるなど、本場のChristmas文化を9名の外国人教師とともに体験しました。
セミナーでは、先ずご参加いただいた先生方の自己紹介からはじめました。それぞれ異なる文化的背景を持っておられる先生方との交流も大変意義のあるものでした。
ほとんどの生徒にとって、英語のみを使用（All English）して行うセミナーへの参加は、初めてでしたが、先生方と積極的に会話を楽しみ、生徒同士も英語のみで会話している様子が見られました
On Saturday, December 7, an English Seminar led by the International Education Department was held in the gymnasium.
This English seminar is held regularly with the cooperation of ALTs in the prefecture as an opportunity to experience English language training and international exchange.
A total of 170 students, ranging from first-year junior high school students to first-year high school students, participated in today's seminar. The venue was decorated with a Christmas tree and Christmas songs were playing.
At the beginning of the seminar, the participating ALTs introduced themselves.
For most of the students, it was their first time to participate in a English-only seminar using. However, the participants actively enjoyed the conversation!
